MSCZ format

David Bolton-2
Its great to see the new MSCZ format already implemented in the
prerelease. Below are three suggestions to make the implementation even
better.

* If you select Score > Save for a new document instead of Score > Save
As... then .MSC is the only file format available. MSCZ should be the
default now.

* Score > Open shows only MSCZ files by default. This might become a non
issue as MSCZ becomes the standard file format, but it would be nice if
it showed both MSCZ files and MSC files by default.

* Is it possible during installation to let the operating system know
that all MSCZ files are associated with MuseScore?

its possible; i have only to find out how :-)
Its a bit tricky because the file association is done in the "NSIS" installer
script. The script is automatically created from a template by the "cmake"
build system.
