MusicXML import/export : Chord name

I made a test by inputing some chords in a blank score using he harmony properties box when possible.
I got C Cb CMaj C2 CMaj2 CMaj7 etc ...
I save this to musicXML. And open the resulting xml file.
A lot of thing are superscripted or changed. Maj becomes maj. C2 becomes C² etc ...

The most weird is C7sus4. It is rendered as C^7sus (where ^ is superscript and 4 is no more here).

The chord C2 in mscore is outputted in musicXML as

<harmony print-frame="no">
        <root>
          <root-step>C</root-step>
          </root>
        <kind text="2">major</kind>
        <degree>
          <degree-value>2</degree-value>
          <degree-alter>0</degree-alter>
          <degree-type>add</degree-type>
          </degree>
</harmony>

In sib, this is rendered as Cadd9
