Problem in SVN trunk

I think there is a problem in SVN trunk with PortMidi.
pm.h is not in sync with pm.cpp for the declaration of "virtual void
write(const Event&);"
Not sure if it's better to roll back pm.h or change pm.cpp accordingly.
Werner?

I'm going to commit a "fix" in pm.cpp. I used Event.

yes, Event is right. I recently reworked the event system. MidiOutEvent is
removed and all internal processing is based on Event(). Translation between
the internal mscore Event and real midi events is now done in the midi driver.
