cmake build problem

alex stone
Reference r1009 svn update

The cmake list file has some extra entries that come up as fail in build (>>>>>.mine,>>>>>.r1009)

In addition, the build fails at "Cannot find articulation.cpp"

Alex.

please remove the file and get the current svn version with "svn update".
You saw a "merge conflict" between your editing of the file and the
repository. I missing file "articulations.cpp" should now be there.
I renamed some classes and xml names. The "Articulations" are now
"Channels" and the old NoteAttribute is now an "Articulation".
Configuring the meaning of "Articulation" symbols as staccato, tenuto etc.
is still work in progress.

Compiling the plugin script debugger requires the latest cmake (2.6).
If you dont want to develop plugins please set the variables
BUILD_SCRIPT_INTERFACE and BUILD_SCRIPT_DEBUG to false (by
commenting/uncommenting the appropriate lines) in topmost CMakeLists.txt
file.

fixed in svn 1012

The switch "display in concert pitch" doesn't seem to work.

Since it's used often it may be placed in a more accessible menu, like
"Display" or "Notes"

Thanks!

The file instruments.xml must be updated for all transposing instruments.
For my tests i only marked "Tenor Saxophone" with a "transposition" entry
of -14 semitones and only this instrument is transposed, when
"display in concert pitch" is toggled.

I can probably add the transpositions to the instrument lists this
evening or tomorrow.

Transposing instruments

In reply to this post by wschweer
I enjoyed using the latest pre-release (r1012) today.

I would agree with Zorba on moving the "display in concert pitch" out of
the preferences panel and into a main menu.

I added the transposition information to instruments.xml and
instruments-de.xml in revision 1013.
